Features of the fungicide Discor
Effective for the protection of fruit trees: apple, pear, plum, peach, gooseberry, currant; vegetables: beets, potatoes, tomatoes; berries: raspberries, strawberries, grapes, etc., as well as indoor flowers and plants from a complex of diseases. The drug is used not only for spraying on leaves, tubers and bulbs, dressing seeds, but also for watering soil in pots, in order to avoid root rot.
The mechanism of action of difenoconazole
Difenoconazole penetrates into plant tissues, disrupts the selective permeability of cell membranes of fungal mycelium and reduces the level of sporulation.
- when treating seeds, it penetrates into the tissues of the seed and remains for some time from the moment of growth, spreading beyond the point of plant growth and getting into young growing shoots.
- rapid penetration into plant tissues - speed of drug exposure: 2 hours after treatment
- the fungicide is effective in the temperature range of 15 ° C
- the drug is not phytotoxic if you do not exceed the recommended dosage
- in tank mixtures it is well compatible with any insecticides, however, in order to avoid trouble, it is worth diluting a trial batch every time, with a check for compatibility

Application of the fungicide Discor
The active ingredient of the fungicide Discor is highly effective, first of all, against pathogens:
- powdery mildew
- leaf spots
- black spot
- black rot
- curl leaves
- gray rot
Spraying of plants is carried out during the growing season with 0.015-0.02% working solution.
Discor on grapes is used for the first time in the spring in the budding and flowering phase, the second - before the berries close in a bunch, then every 10-14 days. On berries (strawberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.), the first time at the time of bud formation, the second - after harvesting the berries. On stone fruit crops, the first time - in the 'green cone' phase, the second - after harvest. If the garden area has been severely affected, the grower recommends two treatments before bud or 'green cone' phase and twice after harvest. Do not use Discor fungicide during flowering.
That is, for prophylactic purposes, 2-3 treatments are allowed, for therapeutic purposes no more than four.
On flower plants in the garden and at home - at the first signs of disease, reapply no earlier than no less than 10 and no more than 14 days.
The period of protective action of the drug is 3-7 days, on apples and pears up to 20 days.
In home floriculture, as well as in horticultural crops, the consumption rates of the drug when preparing the working consumption depend both on the culture itself and on the pathogenicity of the pathogen resistance.
So, to combat scab, powdery mildew, coccomycosis, curly leaves, you need to dilute 2 ml of Discor per 10 liters of water. To combat spots of bacterial origin - 5 ml per 10 liters of water, gray rot - 4 ml per 10 liters of water, Alternaria - 3.5-4 ml per 10 liters of water.
For diseases of grapes (oidium, black spot, black rot, rubella) - 4 ml per 10 liters of water. Beets, potatoes, tomatoes - 4 ml per 10 liters of water.
For home use, it makes sense to dilute the Discor fungicide in a small amount of water. Draw the entire contents of the vial into a 2 ml syringe, then dispense in the required amount of water, 0.5 ml per 2.5 l of water. Store the drug remaining in the syringe with a closed cap at room temperature or in the refrigerator, in the dark and out of the reach of children, be sure to attach the date tag. Storage temperature from -5 ° С to + 35 ° С.
If you do not know what disease has affected your flowers, then it is advisable to breed Discor in a dosage of 1 ml per 2 liters of water, no more! The second in 10-12 days, but in a lower concentration: 1 ml per 4 liters of water.
Consumption rates of working fluid in the garden: from 2 liters per bush and up to 5 liters per tree, or at the rate of 10 liters per 100 square meters. Fungicide consumption rates at home: a volume of 0.5 liters is usually enough to thoroughly spray plants in about 15-20 pieces (1-2 window sills with plants).
Safety measures when using fungicide
Discor has a hazard class 3 for humans (moderately hazardous substance) and a hazard class 3 for bees: border protection zone for bees 1-2 km, limitation of summer 12 hours. Avoid pollution of reservoirs and sources of drinking water. The drug is toxic to fish.
